Amigos de HiveRun feliz año! Se les extrañaba

He decidido volver y espero lograr mantenerme, durante estos días de descanso de actividades como director deportivo de la academia Unión Atlética Vinotinto he pensado mucho en que en algún sentido mi salud desmejoró un poco luego de parar mis actividades semanales como runner.

Lo digo porque recuerdo que luego de cierto tiempo corriendo me puse dar cuenta que ya no me estaba dando tan seguido gripe, ni mayores malestares con son los dolores de espalda que anteriormente sufría y aunque actualmente me mantengo muy activo físicamente porque mi trabajo como entrenador deportivo así lo amerita (generalmente entro a jugar o realizó los ejercicios demostrativos de lo que quiero que hagan los muchachos) aún con eso la actividad del running es otra cosa aún más exigente y con mayores beneficios.

Hoy decidí salir solo y probarme, ver qué tal me iba, tal como he dicho me mantengo activo físicamente así que esperaba contar al menos con un buen ritmo de carrera y creo que así fue.

La verdad la distancia marcada fue un poco más de 3km pero la verdad es que troté mucho más solo que inicialmente la app de strava creo me estaba generando un error en la distancia recorrida con respecto a mi ritmo y lo que hice fue no parar de trotar y reiniciar la carrera, así que realmente corrí unos 4km aproximadamente.

Por cierto y dejo unas fotos demostrativas de una zona en el talón que he tenido ciertos dolores recurrentes, justo donde dice "Reebook" esto es un dolor recurrente que llevo aquejando hace muchos años.
Además también quería dejar una foto del mal estado de mis zapatos y es que bueno explicarles que ser un entrenador deportivo en este país definitivamente no es sinónimo de un buen sueldo ni de una buena capacidad económica, todo lo contrario es sinónimo de sacrificio y mucho recorte económico.

Volviendo a la carrera, la verdad me sentí bastante bien aunque en el último km me empezó a molestar un poco el pecho con cierta presión, allí fue que decidí parar, al hacerlo sentí como las piernas las tenía pesadas, me costaba caminar al culminar la actividad, el sudor al maximo eso me gustó, el clima y la ruta excelente, además de que mi compañía fue mi música hizo del regreso una experiencia quizás inolvidable.

Espero de verdad seguir y volver a tener carreras continuas, haré el mayor de mis esfuerzos y ajustar mis horarios, por lo pronto espero tengan un feliz año y que sus metas para este 2026 puedan ser cumplidas.

I have decided to return and I hope to be able to maintain myself, during these days of rest from activities as sports director of the Unión Atlética Vinotinto academy I have thought a lot that in some sense my health deteriorated a little after stopping my weekly activities as a runner.

I say this because I remember that after some time running I began to realize that I was no longer getting the flu so often, nor major discomforts with the backaches that I previously suffered and although I currently stay very physically active because my job as a sports coach deserves it (I usually go in to play or did the exercises demonstrating what I want the boys to do) even with that the running activity is something else even more demanding and with greater benefits.

Today I decided to go out alone and test myself, see how I was doing, as I said I stay physically active so I was hoping to have at least a good race pace and I think that's how it was.

The truth is the marked distance was a little more than 3km but the truth is that I jogged much more only that initially the strava app I think was generating an error in the distance covered with respect to my pace and what I did was not stop jogging and restart the race, so I really ran about 4km approximately.

By the way and I leave some demonstrative photos of an area on the heel that I have had certain recurring pains, right where it says "Reebook" this is a recurring pain that I have been suffering for many years.
In addition I also wanted to leave a picture of the poor condition of my shoes and it is good to explain that being a sports coach in this country is definitely not synonymous with a good salary or a good economic capacity, on the contrary it is synonymous with sacrifice and a lot of economic cut.

Returning to the race, I actually felt pretty good although in the last km my chest started to bother me a little with some pressure, that's when I decided to stop, when I did it I felt like my legs were heavy, it was hard for me to walk at the end of the activity, I liked the sweat to the maximum, the weather and the excellent route, besides that my company was my music made the return perhaps an unforgettable experience.
