Hello.

Autumn is one of my favorite seasons. It has always been emotional for me that the leaves of the trees change color and some of them fall to the ground. Whenever I look at these images, I always have feelings about saying goodbye. Maybe that's what leaves me feeling saying goodbye to trees. However, I never give up hope.

Why should we give up hope anyway? Just as the leaves grow again when summer comes, so is the case in which we live. We may be feeling unhappy and in a dead end right now. When experiencing these feelings, always think of trees. Think of the bad things we've been through, just like the leaves of the tree. One day we will say goodbye to them and we will sprout again.

I've been feeling restless lately too. The fact that the things I wanted to happen did not come true and I was in a difficult situation, which had been making me unhappy for a few months. In order to overcome this, I had to immerse myself in nature. In such cases, I always take refuge in mother nature. I did so today. We went for a walk with my friend's dog and came to our usual place. Here is a tree that fascinates me. I stood in front of him and put myself in his place. Like him, one day I will get rid of my negative burdens just like a leaf, and I will bloom again with beautiful things.

Sitting in front of this beautiful tree, I thought about the dreams I wanted to come true. Having beautiful dreams with the sound of birds gives me incredible peace. At that moment, I feel officially cleansed.

Sometimes I write my wishes on a piece of paper and bury them under the tree. I feel as if my wishes will merge with the roots of that tree and reach the mother earth. I know this may sound silly to many of you, but that's how I feel.

It was very good for me to integrate with nature and pour my heart into it. I think you should give yourself a chance. The negative things that have happened will not stay with us for long. One day the sun will rise for us. Never forget this.

Hold on tight to yourself and congratulate yourself for standing up to what's going on.🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️
