Starting June 1st 2025 CET till June 30th 2025 CET you can post your contribution to the #photoessay2025 pink contest.

But for those that missed that here are the rules :

A few simple rules to participate , basicly the home rules of the Photo-Essay community:

Only post your own content , no pixbay or AI images / text .


Post a minimum of 5 photos They need to be in focus , blurry images don't count. They need to be about 5 differend subjects , 5 differend flowers or differend ice creams is fine , and the subject must be pink not the background.


Write a decent story about your photos with a minimum of 150 words in one language. Multiple languages are allowed as long as one of them is in English, use google translate if you have to.


Your post must be posted in the Photo-Essay community.


use the #photoessay2025 tag so that we can spot your post faster.

Users using the Ecency app or website to post , and actually follow the rules have an extra chance on receiving an upvote by the Ecency curation team.

Here are some examples , sorry most of my pictures are about nature .

Subject thistle flower , in focus but is it pink or purple ? if atleast 50% is pink of the subject i'm fine with it and it's in focus so ✅ Subject pink diving suit , oh no it's AI generated ❌ Subject Pink geranium , it's in focus so ✅ Subject Swallowtail on a pink flower , In focus , but the butterfly is yellow and the subject so ❌ not good . Subject Pink flower , it's in focus so ✅ Subject Pink flower , it's in focus so ✅ ? . . . No it's AI generated so a big ❌ Subject Pink clematis, it's in focus so ✅ Subject pink headset and mouse , oh no it's AI generated ❌ Subject Pink rhodondendron, it's in focus so ✅ Subject Girl taking pictures of pink flowers , No subject is the girl and , oh no it's AI generated ❌ Subject Pink Akelei, it's in focus so ✅ Subject Butterfly on a purple flower , In focus , but the butterfly is orange / brown and the subject so ❌ not good . Subject Pink flower, it's in focus so ✅

I hope these examples make it a little clearer what we mean.

This competition will run from June 01 00:00 CET till June 30 23:00 CET

Show me a minimum of 5 subjects in pink , make some nice photos and don't cheat on reusing old content and tell us a nice story with a minimum of 150 words in one language .

In the first week of Juli i will pick the winners ,so you have a full month to post your contribution , last time people were having a problem to find things in a week time so let's see if a month is enough for them .

If people respond in a possitive way there might be a second contest in Juli , but we will see .

All posts i do about the contest on my @stresskiller account will have @hive-14396 as 50% Beneficiarie.
