A Warmer Breakfast Than Ever

Hello, my lovely friends.

On a bright weekend morning like this, there's nothing better than waking up early and experiencing the bustling atmosphere of the city's fresh market. Even though you don't have time to capture the lively hustle and bustle, what you bring home is so worth it that you can't help but rush to prepare breakfast for your family.

The dining table was decorated with the colors of various Thai foods, beautifully arranged. Traditional Thai desserts such as Thong Yip and Thong Yod, the golden yellow color of which was beautifully arranged on the plate, contrasting with the sweet aroma of the colorful Khanom Chan, looked tempting.

Besides desserts, the savory dishes are no less impressive: rice salad with budu sauce, rich in fresh herbs and various vegetables, giving off an inviting aroma, paired with soft and chewy Hokkien noodles mixed with a rich broth, for a bold yet balanced flavor.

But the highlight of this morning's meal wasn't just the savory and sweet dishes. Coffee was elevated to a work of art as I created two beautifully designed latte art cups for myself and my husband to enjoy while we prepared the rest of the food. Laughter and smiles filled this small kitchen with joy.

As soon as everything was ready, everyone gathered around the dining table next to Mom, who was feeling much better. Mom's consciousness and stability were much better than when she was in the hospital, making us all feel relieved and relieved. No matter how busy everyone was, everyone would take turns to look after her 24/7. This warm breakfast was another wonderful moment we shared together. This Thai-style breakfast, with both savory and sweet dishes, was not just an ordinary meal. It was a moment filled with love, warmth, and happiness, seeing our loved ones nearby and together.

After a long time of not seeing each other, we happily enjoyed a meal together. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and smiles. Even though my eyes kept looking at my mother with concern at times, it didn't diminish the wonderful moments.

My mother is still feeling a little anxious, which is understandable, but my family and I are doing our best to care for her, based on her condition, to ensure she is as comfortable and at ease as possible. Everyone in the family is closely supporting and encouraging me, which gives me peace of mind that I am not going through this alone.

No matter what worries you're facing, we're here for you. Spending quality time together today has given me so much strength, and on behalf of my mom, I'd like to thank you for all the support you've sent me. I'll definitely be back to update you on your mom's progress. ❤️🙏🏻
