# Hello friends of Hive 😍💕.

The hardest thing of it all is how its always difficult to forget even when we have decided to let go of our hurt 😞, especially those hurts that comes from the people we call family, friends and loved ones. And not that one can not forgive another easily but because there are some hurts that are so deeply rooted, those that can easily keep coming back, leaving us in a reflection mood and emotions.

Although no man or human is free from hurt and hurting. This means that everyone must have suffered their own hurt in one way or the other, but some hurt are hard to forgive and can never be forgotten. But no matter however we feel emotionally, we must at one point forgive those that hurt us either intentionally or not so as to also receive forgiveness from others.

The truth we have here is that life does not happen without people encountering wrongs from others no matter how hard they try to avoid having problems and this is where forgiveness comes into play, but I do not believe that every hurt we forgive will end up being forgotten because its in human nature to bear and keep grudges despite how ever they say to the other person “I have forgiven you”.

So I can practically say that we can easily say we have forgiven that person that hurt us by just saying it, but right inside our mind we know we can not forget especially if it’s coming from someone we never expected to hurt us. Its indeed absolutely something we can’t pretend because its part of human nature. Forgiveness might be simply yes, but forgetting entirely is “No”.

Memories are what we know that does not disappear for a very longer period, and that is why we keep remembering the past, being remorseful about how we have been treated by someone we might have forgiven but its definitely hard to forget which is why sometimes many goes their separate ways to avoid re-occurrence of the past. Although when we truly forgive, it gives us the mental health we want to maintain for the purpose of peace of mind.

However, when people say “forgive and forget”, we see it merely as just that saying that has been longed over used which has not worked practically. Its only out of our Christian mind we might want to choose to forgive and forget as the Bible made us to believe, and as those who believe in maintaining good mental health and peace of mind, resenting every heaviness of heart ♥️ for well-being.
