Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, en el día de hoy me estuve enfocando en dos tipos de actividades físicas, empezando mi día en horas de la mañana, arreglándome para ir hacia la universidad y, claramente, ejecutando mi recorrido caminando desde que salgo de mi hogar hasta llegar a mi destino, luego la movilidad interna y, por último, el recorrido de regreso a mi hogar.
Estando en la universidad y aprovechando el espacio del gimnasio que brinda la institución, estuve realizando una rutina de ejercicios con máquina y mancuernas para el fortalecimiento de áreas musculares como el pecho, deltoides, bíceps y espalda. Realizando sesiones de calentamiento con activación muscular y estiramiento articular, más algunos ejercicios de calistenia para complementar y luego la ejecución del circuito de ejercicios.
Así ha sido mi día de gran actividad física, que al llegar a mi hogar pude visualizar que di casi 8.000 pasos, quemando más de 100 calorías y recorriendo casi 3 kilómetros. Siendo estas estadísticas aproximadas muy buenas, que me reflejan que mi día ha sido muy beneficioso cumpliendo con mi actividad doble.
As you can see in my photos, today I focused on two types of physical activity. I started my day in the morning, getting ready for university and, of course, walking from home to my destination, then moving around the campus, and finally, walking back home.
While at university, taking advantage of the gym, I did a workout using machines and dumbbells to strengthen muscle groups like my chest, deltoids, biceps, and back. I did warm-up exercises with muscle activation and joint stretching, plus some calisthenics to complement the workout, and then completed the circuit training.
This is how my day of intense physical activity went. When I got home, I realized I'd taken almost 8,000 steps, burned over 100 calories, and covered nearly 3 kilometers. These approximate statistics are very good and reflect how beneficial my day was, fulfilling my double activity goal.
