SQUASHES CUTLETS
It's time of squashes now! They're super cheap now - about 0,5$ for 1 kg. Moreover we have them in my garden, so I can get them for free, so it's high time to cook tasty dishes!
Squashes are great vegetables because we can add them to many dishes, and they can be dishes by themselves.
Now I'll show you one of my favourite dishes - squashes cutlets.
It's an easy and fast dish that can be cooked for 15 min, and it's very light and tasty. The best for this very hot summer when you can't eat anything except veggies and fruits.
So we need:
squashes
eggs (1-2 pc)
flour (2-3 spoons)
turmeric, garlic, pepper, salt
We grind squashes and wait for some minutes letting all juice go out. We need only dry squshes for this dish. Juice can be added to other veggie dishes.
Then we add other ingredients there and mix them well.
It's our dough that we use for cooking squshes cutlets.
Some minutes and they are ready!
