Hello, everyone.

3Speak continues to operate through a decentralized network of community-run encoder nodes. These nodes provide the infrastructure required to process video uploads, transcode content into multiple resolutions, and ensure consistent availability across the 3Speak ecosystem.

This weekly report presents encoder activity for the past week. Its objective is to maintain transparency, recognize the contributions of node operators, and distribute rewards proportionally based on actual encoding output. This process helps strengthen decentralization and supports the long-term sustainability of decentralized video on Hive.

The data below is sourced from monitor.3speak.tv and reflects encoder activity for Week 4.

Note: One encoder account appears as @sagarkothar88 due to a configuration typo. All related jobs have been correctly attributed to @sagarkothari88 in the aggregated totals.

Infrastructure Update

During this week, the encoding network experienced a server-related issue that temporarily disrupted normal operations. The issue was successfully identified, addressed, and resolved. We will continue to monitor the server in case the issue returns.
