「今日小厨」辫子面包变形计之没有沙拉酱的肉松包
今日持续凉爽天气,温度最适宜撸面包不过啦~今天用老面包(甜面包)的方做了咸口的肉松辫子包,好像也是可以的。只是……
其实今天开始一点也不想玩烘培的,只是不想错过这么好的撸包温度。下午才懒洋洋的开动,直到一发开始 都还没有想好要做什么包,用老面的方子做 是觉得不管最后做出什么包口感都不会差😄
前两天看到这款辫子包的视频,后来做时在我印象中是做过这款包的,馅料是不是一样就记不太清了。肉松馅料搭配一般都是需要沙拉酱的,才发现家里没有柠檬了😂想着用小青桔代替柠檬能不能行,答案肯定是不行!做失败了。就按视频里的肉松和黄油搭配试试咯~
尝试后才有发言权哈哈😄果然沙拉酱才是肉松的良配,有些没有网友们踩过坑的 还是不要轻易的做第一位踩坑者哈哈哈~今日这款包包料虽不错,但是搭配不当,也只是还可以,如果不是用老面估计更费了。瞎折腾的一天!
