Sad post
If you believe that the year will be like New Year's Eve, then this year I have to spend in the veterinary clinic. The dogs started to get sick in the summer. In just two weeks, she died of cancer of Tsylya, which had recently been examined before and had no signs of this terrible disease.
Then Julie got sick. More precisely, she has already come to us sick. This is one of the dogs that was evacuated from the war zone. She had a mild contusion and cystitis. At another time, I would say that it is difficult, but against the background of other problems, it turned out to be the easiest task.
Then Romashka's health began to deteriorate sharply. But Romashka already had an oncological diagnosis and I was mentally ready that we would have to say goodbye soon. It didn't last too long, but it was very hard. It's hard physically and mentally hard.
I didn't even get a short break, because in November Mouse and Chocolate got sick. If Mouse was already quite old, Chocolate's illness was a complete surprise for me. All November and December I was busy with the health of both of these dogs, so that on January 1 we would be back in the vet clinic. It all started over. A week of drips and as a result Mouse went to the rainbow, but Chocolate began to feel a little better.
I almost believed in our victory, but two days ago everything changed again for the worse. Diarrhea and refusal to eat. I never managed to get the situation under control. Fortunately, our doctor is at the clinic today and I have already booked Chocolate for an examination.
To be honest, my hands are already falling down. The last time I was in this situation was seven years ago, when several dogs got sick with viral enteritis due to a poor-quality vaccine. But then I was seven years younger and had more strength. I just don't have the strength anymore.
