Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well, by the grace of Allah. I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah. Today I have a new recipe for you: Chicken Khichuri.

☑️10 kg chicken meat
☑️10 kg of rice
☑️5 kg lentils
☑️5 kg of khesari dal
☑️5 kg of buckwheat
☑️5 kg of masala dal
☑️ Ginger paste
☑️ garlic paste
☑️ Cumin paste
☑️ Onion paste
☑️ salt
☑️ Turmeric powder
☑️ Coriander powder
☑️ Chili powder
☑️ Chopped green chilies
☑️ Chopped onion
☑️ oil
☑️ some water
☑️ Ginger, cloves, bay leaves 5/6
☑️ One packet of five sachets

First, pour 1 liter of mustard oil in a large pot, add a bowl of chopped onion, fry it like this for about 10 minutes. When it is finished frying, add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, coriander paste, five pinches of turmeric root, chili powder, salt, chopped green chilies and fry them very well. When it is finished frying, leave 10 kg of chopped meat in it. Then grind the meat well. Grind the meat well for about 15 minutes. When it is done grinding, take some water from it. Then mix various types of rice, buckwheat, musari dal, khesari, masala dal, and mix them for a while. Then cover it with a lid and stir it for about 20 minutes. Open the lid and stir it again. At one point, the cooking will be over. That's it! Our meat khichdi recipe is ready.

The time was the day before Eid-ul-Fitr. That day, we all planned an Iftar party at home where there would be food arrangements. The food we cooked was chicken khichuri. The family and relatives enjoyed the day very much. Everyone sat together and ate khichuri meat. Muslims all over the world observe fasting for a month in a year. So we organized an Iftar party in the very last stage of Ramadan. Among them were khichuri, dates, and watermelon. Everyone enjoyed the food and thanked Allah Almighty.

Our Muslims celebrate two Eids, Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha, so Muslims all over the world celebrate the day before Eid with fireworks. Khichuri meat is a favorite food of all of us. On rainy days, this food is prepared in a grand manner. Khichuri meat is a traditional food. People from the village like this food more than the city.
