My core values have guided me up to where I am today. These values are important because it determines people's way of life. It also determines how and who they interact with, their friendships as well. Here are the values I hold dear.

The first is accountability. Accountability shows that one is reliable. I am someone who is accountable and I don't joke with it. I want others to be able to say that they believe I will take responsibilities for my actions, because I actually do.
It's not easy for one to always take responsibility for their actions, especially when the consequences are not good.

Being able to be held accountable is advantageous because it gives people the confidence to entrust things with you. When a job opportunity comes up, you become the first person they think about because you're accountable, and accountability means reliability. It means a lot when people can entrust delicate or crucial things with you because they know you're accountable.

I also like to deal with people who are accountable. They barely disappoint. I try to make friends that are accountable because I know that at some point, I may have to rely on them. Accountability makes friendship smooth. It's just simple. More accountability breeds trust which further strengthens the friendship.

Another value I hold dear is determination. Life is filled with difficulties. There are usually obstacles when we try to achieve something good. This is why determination is a core value to me.

Determination is important to get things done in this life. It is important in order to be successful. No matter the difficulty I face, my determination doesn't fade. Instead, I get motivated to try even harder until it works out.

Nobody who made it in life did so without being determined. It's a necessity. This is why I love to surround myself with people who are determined as well. Being around people who are determined also boosts your determination. When I see my friends keep pushing in the face of adversity, it encourages me to push more as well. That's how it works.

Determination is important for me because it's also how I get to where I want to be in life. I am well aware that there will be challenges, and I know that determination can get me past those challenges.

As you can see, accountability and determination are two values that I hold very dear and can't compromise.
