河源客家菜美食(一)
我是个美食爱好者,虽然我的厨艺一般,但是我能吃啊!未来几天安利几道河源美食。给大家一饱眼福,馋下你们。
先给大家分享一道点心--韭菜煎饺,我在其他地方吃的韭菜不是太老就是塞牙,而这个韭菜煎饺,肉沫融入韭菜里口感嫩滑无比,一点柴感都没有,好似加了生粉一般。搭配烤焦的外皮清脆爽口超级好吃,回味无穷!
还有另一种点心,我没记住名字 。我吃东西还挺在意颜值的,就喜欢这种透明、看起来就很精致的点心。它里面包着香菇、肉沫等食材,吃一个就感觉肚子饱饱的了,饱腹感超强。

还有一道让我第一次吃就被惊艳到的菜,我暂且叫它豆豉蒸猪肉吧,因为我实在不知道它原名是啥。这道菜用的肯定是土猪肉,选取肥瘦相间的五花肉,先放到油锅里煎至金黄,再摆放在盆中,加入豆豉、生抽和酱油,然后放进锅里蒸。做好之后,肥的部分不油腻,瘦的部分也不柴,猪肉和豆豉的香气完美融合,入口即化,那滋味,简直绝了!我吃过一次后就一直念念不忘,今天还专门拉着同事去了那家“康禾菜馆”。
光吃肉难免会有点腻,所以我还点了一份杂锦粉丝。它是用很多种蔬菜搭配粉丝,先清蒸再凉拌制作而成的。不得不说,客家菜真的很爱清蒸这种烹饪方式,这样既能最大程度保证食材的原汁原味,又能让营养不流失 ,吃起来清爽又美味。
中午是一个人随意解决的午餐--隆江猪脚饭,应该都吃过吧!这个就不介绍了,我只知道提前卤好的猪脚还是猪蹄,还有卤蛋,搭配酸菜和小青菜,再淋上汤汁,完美出炉。
