Hoy quiero compartirles una receta deliciosa que preparé con mucho cariño: patacón con pescado, acompañado de una ensalada rallada de zanahoria y repollo.
Un plato típico, lleno de sabor, color y tradición, que además es muy fácil de hacer. ¡Perfecto para disfrutar en familia o para consentirse uno mismo! 💛
Paso a paso del patacón:
- Elegí unos buenos plátanos verdes, los pelé y los corté en trozos grandes.
- Los freí por primera vez en aceite caliente, hasta que se ablandaron un poco.
- Luego los saqué y los aplasté con la ayuda de un machaca ajo, dándoles forma circular
4.en una pana agregué un poquito de agua con sal y fue agregando los plátanos ya previamente aplastado para q agarrara el punto de sal y los volví a freír hasta que quedaran crujientes y doraditos.
🐟 Preparación del pescado:
- Usé dos pargos (puedes usar el que tengas a mano).
Los lavé con limón y los dejé unos minutos para quitarles ese sabor fuerte.
Los condimenté con sal.
Los freí en aceite caliente hasta que estuvieron bien cocidos y crocantes por fuera.
🥗 Ensalada rallada:
Quise añadir algo fresco al plato, así que preparé una ensalada muy fácil y deliciosa:
Rallé zanahoria y repollo, bien finito.
Y el agregué un toque de mayonesa y incorporé todo
Este plato fue un verdadero festín. 😍
El contraste del patacón crocante, el pescado dorado y la ensalada fresca hizo que todo combinara perfectamente. ¡Y lo mejor es que es muy económico y fácil de preparar!

Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe that I made with lots of love: fried plantains (patacones) with fish, accompanied by a shredded carrot and cabbage salad.
A traditional dish, full of flavor, color, and culture, and also super easy to prepare. Perfect to enjoy with family or to treat yourself! 💛
🟡 Step-by-step for the fried plantains:
- I chose some good green plantains, peeled them, and cut them into large pieces.
- I fried them for the first time in hot oil until they softened a bit.
- Then I removed them and flattened them using a garlic press, shaping them into circles.
- In a bowl, I added a bit of salt water and soaked the flattened plantains for a moment so they could absorb the salt. Then I fried them again until they were crispy and golden.
🐟 Preparing the fish:
- I used two red snappers (you can use whatever fish you have).
I cleaned them with lemon and let them sit for a few minutes to remove the strong smell.
Then I seasoned them with salt and fried them in hot oil until they were fully cooked and crispy on the outside.
🥗 Shredded salad:
I wanted to add something fresh to the plate, so I made a very simple and tasty salad:
I finely shredded carrot and cabbage and added a touch of mayonnaise. I mixed everything together and it was delicious!
✨ Final result:
This dish was a true feast 😍
The contrast of crispy plantains, golden fried fish, and fresh salad made everything come together perfectly.
And the best part: it’s very budget-friendly and easy to prepare!
