Si has seguido las publicaciones donde muestro las decoraciones de mis tortas, sabrás que me gusta cuidar cada detalle y que además procuro que cada decoración lleve mi toque personal.

En esta línea de ideas, hace un mes, una cliente me encargó una Torta con Temática de Cohete Espacial para su niño. Esta cliente me mostró una imagen de referencia, de otra torta, de cómo ella quería el diseño de la decoración.

Llegado el momento, me puse a trabajar en este nuevo y lindo proyecto y mientras buscaba en internet una imagen de un cohete para poder hacer un patrón de esta figura, me encontré con una que me gustó muchísimo, así que decidí que me inspiraría en esa ilustración para hacer mi propia versión de la temática que me había solicitado mi cliente.

Por otro lado, esta torta rinde para 30 personas, aproximadamente, y es un bizcocho húmedo de chocolate, relleno con mousse de cacao y maní en trozos. La cobertura de la torta es un ganache de chocolate blanco que tinturé con colorantes comestibles en laca azul, morado y un toque negro para darle ese tono de azul índigo.

En cuanto a las figuras, todas fueron hechas con fondant y pintadas con colorantes comestibles y matizadores plateado, azul y amarillo.

If you have been following the publications where I show the decorations of my cakes, you will know that I like to take care of every detail and that I also try to give each decoration my personal touch.
In this line of ideas, a month ago, a client asked me to make a Space Rocket themed cake for her child. This client showed me a reference image, from another cake, of how she wanted the decoration design.

When the time came, I started working on this new and beautiful project and while I was searching the internet for an image of a rocket to make a pattern of this figure, I came across one that I really liked, so I decided that I would take inspiration from that illustration to make my own version of the theme that my client had requested.

On the other hand, this cake serves approximately 30 people and is a moist chocolate sponge cake, filled with cocoa mousse and peanut pieces. The frosting of the cake is a white chocolate ganache that I tinted with edible coloring in blue, purple and a touch of black lacquer to give it that indigo blue tone.

As for the figures, they were all made with fondant and painted with edible coloring and silver, blue and yellow dyes.
