Quiet success.

Sometimes people think that the brighter they look, the more they stand out from the crowd, the more successful they will be... sometimes it works, to some extent, but fundamental success is usually quiet, barely noticeable.

Such success is like a spider, which could look like anything, because mimicry in its body works perfectly, but it chose the fate of a creature that prefers not to stand out from the mass of flowers in which it has settled, to be their light shadow, an echo without its own voice that sets the tone for the whole choir.

Someone can call this spider a loser, because he has not even learned to weave a web, but a fly will not say so, who at the last moment of its life fleetingly sees a quick throw of a spider in its direction.
