Thursdays is market day. That's an easy one to get through the 10k steps. At least my watchs says so, 11.788 steps now that I lie in bad. Actifit has a different counter it seems...

I didn't sell too much myself today, but enough to justify the effort economically. And market day is more about being there, talking with clients. The others sell our bread, while I have people sample and try out new inventions.

While sitting in the back yard of the bakery with my brother and thinking about options on how to decorate and make the space more "homely", I noticed a hummingbird on a twig against the grey sky. I tried to capture it, but right when tapped the shoot it flew off. Still a nice shot. It'll make its way into my main account.

We're working on a new presentation of our sourdough bread. It's really delicious already, but will be even better, soon. I'm confident that it will be a new favorite among our restaurant clients, as well as private clients. Have to figure out a price, though.

That's it for today. I hope I can make this into a kind of short diary without too much trouble. It's good to be writing a little each day.
