外送平台说当外送员之收入比上班族还要多
这其实是这幌子
以本州为例 (各州的规定不同)
我们每日上班时数为6小时
每周上班5天, 周休两日
每日的加班费之算法如下
第79小时为增加1.5倍12小时的加班费为增加2倍

连续工作不得超过12小时 (管理与留守等职务例外)
所以
上班能领到的薪水是固定的
除非有加班, 那就领更多
而外送员与平台之间, 平台说是合作伙伴
每个外送员, 自个都是老板
它们只是提供一个平台, 就只是个平台
平台上的食品业者都不是它们的, 也是合作伙伴
所以
外送员就没有了工作时数的限制
也没有加班费的算法
因为你自个就是老板
想哪个时候出门外送, 就哪个时候出门
平台与之结算的方法是按单计费
不管远近
每单的收入是相同的
要提高收入只有两法
增加每小时的外送数量, 这不是你能控制的
所以
外送员提高收入的方法为每天跑十多个小时
所以
外送员收入高于上班族
那是他的上班的时数比人家多
事实上
换算成每小时的平均收入
外送员是很低的
因为平台都算的刚刚好
让你每小时之平均收入约等于本州的最低时薪
若上班族有加班的话
收入绝对完爆你
因为上班族的加班费是1.5~2倍的
而外送员却无这种算法
