A good day of activity, I reached over 8,000 steps this Sunday. I was very active in the morning; in the afternoon I walked to church to avoid using my motorcycle so much to get around town. I had the time and distance I travel to get to the center of town; it's good, with a little more difficulty on the way home. It helps me a lot to make a little more effort.

Now that the holiday season is over, I decided to weigh myself. I needed to know if I had gained weight; during the Christmas season, many of the meals always cause you to gain weight, and that's what happened. I gained 5 kilograms. Now I know that I have to work hard over the next few months to lose 5-6 kilograms; for my well-being, I have to do it.

Un buen día de actividad, llegué a más de 8,000 pasos este domingo. Estuve muy activo por la mañana; en la tarde fui a la iglesia caminando, para evitar usar tanto la moto para desplazarme en el pueblo. Tenía el tiempo y la distancia que recorro para llegar al centro del pueblo; es buena, con un poco más de dificultad en el regreso a casa. Me sirve mucho hacer un poco más de esfuerzo.

Como ya pasó la época de fiestas, decidí pesarme. Necesitaba saber si subí de peso; en la época navideña, siempre muchas de las comidas hacen que uno gane peso y así fue, subí 5 kilogramos. Ahora sé que tengo que esforzarme en los siguientes meses para bajar entre 5-6 kilogramos; por mi bienestar tengo que hacerlo.
