Since I'm just starting, I took several breaks while my body adjusts to the hour of non-stop rhythm. I like the atmosphere of the room, it's very colorful and lively. I am really enjoying being in these classes.

Meeting other people who share the same interest as you is something I would definitely not change. The energy of all the participants is contagious, and enjoying the music while I pedal makes the time fly.

Every spinning class motivates me more to keep going and improve. I know that every small achievement counts, and I'm excited to see how I progress in my endurance and technique. Hola, amigos de Hive, bienvenidos a mi blog. Feliz mitad de semana para todos. Por aquí les quiero mostrar estas fotos que me tomé mientras hacía spinning. Como estoy comenzando, hacía varias pausas de descanso mientras mi cuerpo se va adaptando a la hora de ritmo sin parar. Me gusta el ambiente de la sala, es muy colorida y activa. Me estoy disfrutando mucho estar en estas clases.

Conocer a otras personas que comparten el mismo interés que tú es algo que sin duda no cambiaría. La energía de todos los participantes es contagiosa, y disfrutar de la música mientras pedaleo hace que el tiempo vuele.

Cada clase de spinning me motiva más a seguir adelante y mejorar. Sé que cada pequeño logro cuenta, y estoy emocionado por ver cómo avanzo en mi resistencia y técnica.
