Better Weather After the Typhoon
Source: Pixabay
I was saddened to see that despite the corona virus which has been affecting our country, and the quarantine we are in, a typhoon just ravaged some places. The Eastern Visayas was badly affected, and devastated some places with uprooted trees, electrical wires were cut, and some homes are damaged.
It ravaged the country last Friday, and the storm has affected huge places yesterday, but it has weakened. I was kind of nervous when I saw the typhoon in the forecast because our province is among in its path. Yesterday, it has been rainy, but gladly it wasn't extreme. There isn't that much of a wind as well.
This morning, I was glad to see that the weather has gone better. No rain, and partly cloudy. I hope it would be the start of the better weather, though it will be, for sure, very hot based on recent temperatures ranging from 48-51 degrees Celsius as heat index. Hopefully, the weather will be better, as we bear with the quarantine.
