Entrenamiento de front level en casa de mi amigo (ESP 🇪🇦/ENG 🇺🇸)
Bueno, en el entrenamiento de hoy, después de calentar y estirar, hice negativas en front lever. El front por los momentos solo me sale en negativas, pero es buena señal, ya que las negativas me ayudan mucho con los aguantes también. Luego hice negativas, pero esta vez en half. La half la aguanto cuatro segundos, así que debo perfeccionarla para sacar el front bien. Luego hice negativas en half mariposa; estas ya las tengo dominadas, así que la subí en positiva e hice una press para bajarla a negativa. Luego, para finalizar, hice pull up en tuck avance, para perfeccionar más mi fuerza y mejorar.
La verdad me sentí cansado, muy cansado, y más con los callos que tengo en mis manos. Se me dificultó durar más porque me duelen, a duras penas aguanté, pero igual no me rendí. Si alguien tiene un consejo para mí, por favor dígame para mejorar cada día más.

Well, in today's training, after warming up and stretching, I did front lever negatives.
