泰市場/英迪格酒店泰國菜吃到飽
上次介紹過位於台北大直英迪格酒店結合在地的建築設計之後,今天來分享一下這次去英迪格酒店泰市場的用餐體驗,想知道餐廳內部陳設的可以看前天的文章,這篇來介紹美食。
以自助餐形式的泰國菜我是第一次吃,沒想到地點還位在英迪格酒店裡頭,裝潢自然是挺美的,但四處都是鏡子的設計雖然可以讓空間看起來更寬廣,但很容易不小心被鏡子裏頭的自己嚇到,哈哈。
我和朋友坐在海鮮區,更嚴格點來說是生鮮區,最迷人的就是超大的可食用級生干貝和甜蝦生蝦,新鮮可口可以說是每個人的最愛,我應該是第一次吃生的干貝吧?以前只嘗試過吃生魚片,沒想到生干貝也這麼好吃,灑點泰式甜辣醬和蒜末在上頭一口吃進去就非常好吃。
生魚片這次我反而沒有吃,畢竟泰國菜的種類超級多真的沒辦法每樣都吃到,香茅炒螃蟹的味道挺特別的,剛開始有點排斥香茅的味道,可我太愛吃螃蟹了所以還是拿了一隻,吃著吃著也覺得挺香啊。
爐烤牛肉應該是這次用餐唯一讓我皺眉的,其實鮮嫩可口,就是有個牛味,我個人對於牛味雞味都很難接受,所以這應該是唯一的差評料理吧><
整體而言表現得很棒,尤其是飲料和摩摩喳喳真的是太好喝太好吃了~~吃得非常滿足。
