Happy Monday, Fam. Hope the week will be pleasant for you.

You know how we do it on ZapficMonday, sharing 240 character story with a given prompt topic. This week, we have "show." I hope you'll make out time to read amazing stories we'd be sharing with you on Freewriters community. You may want to check it out, and maybe participate too.

He walked into the director's office, greeted, adding, "Tom here, Ma'am." Looking up, a sly smile spreading, she said, "Welcome to your new job, Tom." He froze, face-to-face with his past. Tapping her desk, she added, "Let the show begin!"

It's rather disheartening that some people burn bridges upon bridges, forgetting they'll need to cross it on their way back. Some others even cut or kick away the ladders they're climbing up, forgetting that they might need them later. Life operates in ways we may not fathom. It has its own script, and we often don't see the bigger picture till much later.

Life is life....
