La rutina fue de unos dos a 4 combos, seguido de eso hice una mini rutina de pecho y tríceps para terminar el entrenamiento ya después el jueves que viene toca darle denuevo pero en piso y bueno seguimos mejorando que es lo importante y el rendimiento del front lever ha mejorado mucho gracias a Dios, lo que haré será simplemente mejorar lo que estoy haciendo actualmente y ser cuidadoso de no excederme con la fatiga.
Ya que eso es lo que me hizo lesionarme y la verdad da miedo que eso pase denuevo ya que simplemente una lesión nos puede retrasar mucho tiempo en dicho elemento y bueno gracias a Dios estamos sanos y dándole un mayor esfuerzo con el tiempo y dedicación espero que este post sea de su agrado y nos vemos la próxima.
The routine consisted of two to four combos, followed by a mini chest and triceps workout to finish. Next Thursday I'll be back at it, but on the floor. We're continuing to improve, which is the important thing, and my front lever performance has improved a lot, thank God. I'll just focus on improving what I'm currently doing and being careful not to overdo it with fatigue.
