Hoy me encuentro nuevamente paseándome por esta comunidad para traerle una deliciosa receta que prepare hace una semana atrás: una marquesa de chocolate a base de cacao, galletas maría dulce, leche condensada y topping de oreo para cantar mi cumpleaños en casa junto a mi familia y algunos amigos.
Hace unos días a tras les mostré como hacer la crema de chocolate para la marquesa, al siguiente día era mi cumpleaños por lo que prepare mi marquesa con la crema de chocolate. La marquesa es un tipo de postre delicioso, además aproveche que mi hija quería aprender hacerla; en este momento les muestro como prepare esa marquesa.

Les comento que quedo super rica con un sabor impresionante que se la dio la combinación de la leche condensada, el chocolate, las galletas marías y el topping con galletas oreos que se me ocurrió colocarle por encima. Uy quedo super deliciosa, a todos les encanto, lastima que las marquesas no se pueden hacer tan grandes como una torta, que alcance para muchas personas, esta marquesa rindió para 14 personas. al llegar la noche hicimos el rosario en casa por ser día lunes y luego mi hija saco la marquesa y cantamos cumpleaños para degustarla con un rio quesillo que mi vecina me regalo y de bebida chinoto.
Entonces es hora de empezar a elaborar este tipo de pastel, por lo que ponemos manos a la obra.
Ingredientes:
•2 paquetes de galletas maría
•500 gramos de crema de chocolate
•390 gramos de leche condensada
•2 y 1/2 tasa de leche liquida
•1 paquete de galletas oreos de la negra
Preparación
Lo primero que hice fue buscar un molde refractario para hacer la marquesa, las galletas las remoje en leche liquida y las fui colocando en el molde hasta cubrirlo todo el molde con una capa de estas galletas.

Luego fui colocando encima de las galletas la crema de chocolate, leche condensada, las galletas y así voy haciendo capas hasta culminar de colocar todas las galletas.

Posteriormente le agrego el toppin de galletas oreos, la coloco en el congelador por 3 horas y posteriormente la saque para cantar mi cumpleaños, queso demasiada rica.

Today I’m back, browsing through this community to share a delicious recipe I made a week ago: a chocolate marquise made with cocoa, sweet Maria cookies, condensed milk, and Oreo topping—perfect for celebrating my birthday at home with my family and some friends.
A few days ago, I showed you how to make the chocolate cream for the marquesa. The next day was my birthday, so I made my marquesa with the chocolate cream. The marquesa is a delicious dessert, and I took advantage of the fact that my daughter wanted to learn how to make it; now I’ll show you how I prepared that marquesa.

I have to tell you, it turned out absolutely delicious, with an amazing flavor thanks to the combination of condensed milk, chocolate, Maria cookies, and the Oreo cookie topping I decided to add on top. Oh, it was so delicious—everyone loved it! It’s a shame that marquesas can’t be made as big as a cake to serve a large crowd; this one served 14 people. When night fell, we prayed the rosary at home since it was Monday, and then my daughter brought out the marquesa, and we sang “Happy Birthday” to enjoy it with a jar of quesillo cheese that my neighbor gave me and some chinoto to drink.
So it’s time to start making this type of cake, so let’s get to work.
Ingredients:
•2 packages of Maria cookies
•500 grams of chocolate cream
•390 grams of condensed milk
•2 1/2 cups of milk
•1 package of black Oreo cookies
Preparation
The first thing I did was find an ovenproof dish to make the cake. I soaked the cookies in milk and arranged them in the dish until the entire bottom was covered with a layer of cookies.

Then I layered the chocolate cream, condensed milk, and cookies on top of the cookies, continuing to build layers until I had used up all the cookies.

Then I added the Oreo cookie topping, put it in the freezer for 3 hours, and then took it out to sing “Happy Birthday”—it was so delicious.
