Hoy me encuentro una vez mas pasando por esta comunidad, con el fin de competirles otra de mis recetas de esta semana y es un rico, deliciosos y nutritivo hígado de res encebollado, que prepare el día de hoy cuando regrese a casa después de regresar de viaje de casa de mi mama, venia cansada, quería preparar algo sencillo y rápido, por lo que le pedí a mi esposo que me comprara hígado de res.

Les comento que me encanta comer hígado pero poco lo preparo en casa por el aspecto que es medio gelatinoso, sin embargo cuando voy a un restaurante me encanta ordenar este plato, pero hoy quise prepararlo yo. este es un plato que debemos tratar de comer de vez en cuando por todo los nutrientes y vitaminas que contiene.

Los medico ordenan en la dieta de los pacientes que tienen la hemoglobina baja a comer hígado para subírsela y realmente es un potente elevador de la hemoglobina. A la mayoría de las personas no le gusta, pero si pudieran leer algunas reseñas de todo lo que contiene el hígado creo que no dejarían de degustarlo. Es una fuente de proteínas, vitaminas B12, A, hierro, zinc y minerales.

Es una receta muy sencilla de preparar, económica, solo lleva pocos ingrediente, cebolla y aliño, el que desee,

Sin más preámbulos vamos a iniciar la receta y preparacion del mismo.

Ingedientes

• 2 hígados grandes de res (400 gramos)
• ¼ de cebolla blanca
• 4 dientes de ajo
• Aceite para freír
• salsa de soya y salsa inglesa algusto
• Orégano molido al gusto
• Sal y pimienta al gusto

Preparación

Lavar bien el hígado hasta votar la sangre que contiene, luego triturar los ajos y agregárselos, colocarle orégano molido, salsa inglesa y de soya, sal y pimienta, masajearlos y dejarlos macerar durante 15 minutos.

Posteriormente colocarlo en un sarten, llevarlo a la estufa a fuego medio con algo de agua como para sancocharlo; una vez que ya haya votado la sangre y que el agua haya mermado o se haya consumido, colocarle aceite, voltear por ambos lados y por ultimo agregarle la cebolla cortada en juliana, dejar cocinar por 10 minutos o hasta que dore bien la cebolla.

La receta rinde de 2 a 3 comensales, mi mama fue quien me enseño a preparar el hígado encebollado.

Today I find myself once again visiting this community to share another one of my recipes from this week, a rich, delicious, and nutritious beef liver with onions that I prepared today when I returned home from visiting my mother. I was tired and wanted to make something simple and quick, so I asked my husband to buy me some beef liver.

I should mention that I love eating liver, but I rarely prepare it at home because of its gelatinous appearance. However, when I go to a restaurant, I love to order this dish, but today I wanted to prepare it myself. This is a dish that we should try to eat from time to time because of all the nutrients and vitamins it contains.

Doctors prescribe liver in the diet of patients with low hemoglobin to raise it, and it really is a powerful hemoglobin booster. Most people don't like it, but if they could read some reviews of everything liver contains, I think they wouldn't stop eating it. It is a source of protein, vitamins B12 and A, iron, zinc, and minerals. ,

This recipe is very easy to prepare and inexpensive, requiring only a few ingredients: onion and your choice of seasoning.

Without further ado, let's get started with the recipe and preparation.

Ingredients

• 2 large beef livers (400 grams)
• ¼ white onion
• 4 cloves of garlic
• Oil for frying
• Soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce to taste
• Ground oregano to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Wash the liver thoroughly to remove any blood, then crush the garlic and add it to the liver. Add ground oregano, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Massage the mixture into the liver and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Then place it in a frying pan, put it on the stove over medium heat with enough water to boil it; once the blood has drained and the water has reduced or evaporated, add oil, turn it over on both sides and finally add the julienned onion, cook for 10 minutes or until the onion is golden brown.

The recipe serves 2 to 3 people. My mother taught me how to prepare liver with onions.
