Heeelooo Pagliacci22 here again

Today I will talk about something that is very important to me: Emotional intelligence. I’m not a psychologist or a doctor, but I’ve had a lot of different experiences that could have gone better if I had spent more time thinking about better things that were in my mind. The ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions, and recognize the influence of the emotions of others, is something that we all need to work on a lot. When I was a lot younger than I am today, I remember having a lot of trouble socializing, always too shy to share many of the things that I had in my mind. I expressed all the things that I had in my several journeys, got like 5/6, just because I felt that if someone saw them, they would think I needed help. In fact, I needed it, but I couldn’t let them see that I was in my lowest moments. Nobody could see it; they probably thought that I was just a weak person. Now I just realize that all of those things were pure crap.

Work on Myself
I spent a lot of time reading literature and expressing it to every one of my friends who was interested in that, mainly on the internet. I wrote a lot of poems, wrote a lot of thoughts that, as time passed, were changing, and thanks to that I realized that I needed help. Help to talk; my head needed it. It was the only way to actually get out of the hole that one is in by himself. I never wanted to dig more into it, but it all started maybe because I had a lot of trouble with people. Not being able to understand what is in their mind is something that I consider super interesting, because it makes me hear their stories to know them more. I love hearing a lot of stories because my family has a lot of things to say all the time. Anyway, I think people need to express themselves a lot more than they do these days, and with the respect that anyone deserves. I had a discussion recently too, with a couple of friends; for them it was not a big deal, but I was really worried about their health. They spend a lot of time here on the internet, and it was making them become very dependent on everything that happens here. I helped them by calling a lot and talking about it until they understood my point. I try to help, and it worked! I was so happy about it, and my friends are now a lot healthier than they were before. Communication is, for me, the best way to resolve a lot of troubles that we have in this life.
