Backend Updates

• Added full Web2 support to /businessRatings:

  • Allows simple ratings (no invoice/transaction ID or blockchain post required)
  • Enforces one rating per 24 hours per user
  • Existing Hive cashback logic remains unchanged

• Implemented rating hide/unhide system:

  • Endpoint: /businessRatings/hide

  • Accessible by admins, super admins, and guides

  • Hidden ratings:

    • Stored with a hidden flag
    • Excluded from summaries
    • Still visible in lists for review and restoration
