Awesome! Aren't smokers great to have in the backyard? I don't use mine as much as I should as I eat less red meat these days. But there's nothing like a perfectly slow smoked brisket is there? Enjoy the game!

You know me... I'm a meat eater and so does every one my close friends! I used to make prime rib a lot, but is so expensive now, and brisket is the way to go!!!
