「生活」做风干腊肠
又到了做腊肠的时间了,每年的腊肠都是我自愿做的😂如果有做腊鱼、鸡、肉啊都不是我自愿的哈哈,不过估计今年不会做它们了。去年做的两条腊鱼和一点腊肉都还剩一些呢!反正大家都不爱吃,不知道是不是我不会做,腊肠就吃的很快!
每年做腊肠我都是分两次做,其实也没有做很多,只是觉得一次做出来有点累!这第一批我就买了4斤梅花肉做,如果口感好,下一批就按这个方子做了。
从没做过这么细的腊肠😃用的是之前做脆皮肠剩的羊肠衣哈哈~不想在从新买大号的肠衣了,买了就会搞到两个肠衣都剩下,到时又要存好久用不到,就这个细的凑合吧!最多就每根肠灌的长一些,细的还晾晒快一些呢。
就做这些我还分两天完成的🤣计划赶不上变化真的是,肉买回来了又不想做,一直拖到晚上才开始,本来想手工切的,算了算了,懒劲上来一点不想切,用绞肉机算了,分分钟搞定的事!然而这次灌肠本可以很速度的做好,结果肠衣泡好的不够用,又二次泡肠衣。。还好灌肠比较顺,不然估计我要冒火了😂
