So my aunty usually says if you are keeping malice with another person, most especially when you are the one that offended the other you won't be able to go around easily and it will be visible around you.
Keeping malice with someone is like staying in a prison with shackles on you. Bitterness, anger, hatred, grudges would like explain what malice means.
How did I know this, I kept malice with my cousin for a month, we weren't in good terms and we were living together, he didn't eat if I cooked and so on. This wasn't healthy because each time I get to see him, I will so boil in rage and my heart will be so heavy and my breath will be beating faster or skipping.
It was till we settled that I realized how free I could be, I could eat well then too and I was looking beautiful and healthier.

Same goes to some group of girls in my church who were once my friends but because they misbehaved a couple of times so I decided to cut of the friendship not out of hatred or malice but in the other they hatred me, they way I talked, looked walked😂😂💔😂💔.
But it never mattered to me because I always want to be free, free as air, easy going and trust me they are not feeling too well as they are supposed to be.

The thing is once your heart is not right with someone, everything they do or not do will automatically be because of you. Every little thing they do will have meaning to you. And with each scorn and disdain you'll walk down the slimmy stairs slowly descending into bitterness

The heart and mind are like beautiful bedroom, well arranged and organized, beautiful things kept into right places, love decorates the heart beautifully while hatred and malice is like bringing dirt, dust and unclean things into the room. No space for you to move freely around anymore, no more ventilation and a lot more. The same goes to the heart, no peace, no freedom.

So let your mind be clean and peaceful towards people even people that have offended you
you'll loose nothing, it's not hard to forgive, it's only hard to forget buh even with that forgive and forget, Be at peace with all men, and you will look healthy and fresh. You are not receiving any award for keeping malice, or being hard seriously because no one cares at all.

So let love lead, let love decorate and furnish our hearts, keeping everything in our mind at the right positions.
