Elfin de semana pasado fui con mi familia a la zona rural cerca de la población donde vivimos, estábamos en una actividad de la iglesia, allí pasamos todo el fin de semana, de regreso una hermana me regaló una preciosa auyama de aproximadamente unos 3 kg; así que, lo primero que se me vino a la mente fue: necesito muchas recetas que lleven auyama Jajaja;
Entonces decidí comenzar por hacer una torta de auyama, es algo así como tipo un quesillo, y le agregué pasas para realzar su sabor; les muestro la preparación de esta rica torta de auyama
Last weekend, I went with my family to the countryside near the town where we live. We were at a church event and spent the whole weekend there. On the way back, a sister gave me a beautiful pumpkin weighing about 3 kg, so the first thing that came to mind was: I need lots of recipes that use pumpkin, ha ha ha!
So I decided to start by making a pumpkin cake, which is similar to a cheesecake, and I added raisins to enhance the flavor. Here's how to make this delicious pumpkin cake.
1 kilo de auyama, 1 taza de harina de trigo, 1 taza de leche, 1 taza de azúcar , 2 huevos, 2 cucharadas razas de mantequilla, vainilla y pasas
1 kilo of pumpkin, 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of butter, vanilla, and raisins.
Lo primero es lavar muy bien la auyama, retirarle la cáscara, cortarla en trozo y llevarla a sancochar hasta que esté muy blandita, luego pasamos por una coladora para retirar el exceso de agua, con la ayuda de un tenedor trituramos, formamos un puré; en este punto le agregamos la mantequilla .
Seguidamente vamos incorporando el resto de los ingredientes, los huevos, el azúcar, la leche, el harina de trigo, y mezclamos hasta que todo esté homogéneo .
Por último agregamos la vainilla y las pasas, esta mezcla la llevé a un molde donde había previamente preparado un caramelo y de allí al horno por 60 minutos a 180 grados
First, wash the pumpkin thoroughly, remove the skin, cut it into pieces, and boil it until it is very soft. Then, strain it to remove excess water and mash it with a fork to form a purée. At this point, add the butter.
Next, add the rest of the ingredients: eggs, sugar, milk, and wheat flour. Mix until smooth.
Finally, add the vanilla and raisins. Pour this mixture into a mold where you have previously prepared caramel and bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Una vez listo desmoldamos y dejamos enfriar; es una torta realmente deliciosa .
